Valentin LE DILY has developed an expertise in employment law that is recognized by his clients. 

After an initial training in business law (Paris Dauphine University) and in American law (Saint Louis University), he held national responsibilities in an organization specialized in the fight against racial discrimination. He then devoted himself to the problems of the fight against discrimination in the workplace, both before employement tribunals and within ministerial working groups and as a member of the National Consultative Commission on Human Rights (CNCDH).

After being admitted to the New York and Paris bars, he practiced for several years in a Parisian business law firm, advising and defending a clientele of employers of all sizes. 

He moved to his hometown of Rennes in 2021 in order to better reconcile his professional and personal life, and he is committed to helping his clients in this regard, both personally and in the management of their human resources.
