Mathilde Arock practices in the fields of commercial contracts, digital law, and data protection (GDPR).
A graduate of two Master’s degrees from Paris I – Sorbonne and Paris II – Panthéon Assas, as well as from University College Cork, she advises a diverse French and international clientele, often within short timeframes.
With recognized expertise in GDPR compliance, she also supports clients as an outsourced Data Protection Officer (DPO).
Before joining Arborescence, Mathilde Arock worked in leading French and international law firms (Reinhart Marville Torre, Hogan Lovells, Mayer Brown, Winston & Strawn) in Paris, as well as abroad (Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam).
She regularly lectures on intellectual property and artificial intelligence to students in design and applied arts programs.
Mathilde Arock has founded her own law firm in Marseille. She also provides monthly office hours in Paris.
