Antoine Riom advises his clients on corporate law, and in particular on transactional operations in a large number of industrial and financial sectors, on both the sponsor and management sides.

A graduate of EMLyon Business School and of the University of Aix-Marseille (Master’s degree in Corporate Engineering), Antoine trained for nearly five years with the international business law firm Mayer Brown in Paris.

After years of practice in Paris in a demanding environment, he now practices in Lyon in a structure resolutely dedicated to entrepreneurs that he joined in September 2021. 

His main activity consists in assisting project owners and investors in transactions involving the acquisition of stakes in companies, the sale and transfer of businesses, LBOs and similar transactions, particularly in an international context.

Committed, Antoine also accompanies companies or NGOs in their structuring project and in particular the NGO Entrepreneurs du Monde.

Particularly sensitive to equal opportunity issues, Antoine is a mentor in the association Article 1 and is involved in the life of his neighborhood.
