Founder of Arborescence, Cornélie Durrleman is recognised as a specialist in public law by the National Bar Council.  She acts in all areas of public law, before all administrative jurisdictions (Tribunals, Courts of Appeal, Supreme Court) and the specialised administrative courts and throughout France.

She holds a double master’s degree in French and German law from the Universities of Paris I Sorbonne and Cologne (L.L.B.), and a Master’s degree in International Public Law from the University of Paris I – Panthéon Sorbonne.  She has assisted in drafting or responding to calls for tenders, in drafting concession and public procurement contracts and in negotiating these contracts.

Her motivation is to act for the general interest and to cooperate in the implementation of public/private projects.  For example,  she has assisted in drafting or responding to calls for tenders, in drafting concession and public procurement contracts and in negotiating these contracts.

Its clients are also legal entities under private law (companies, unions), public entities (region, municipality, public establishment…), associations working for the general interest and local elected officials.

In order to be able to offer her clients a variety of solutions, she has also obtained a university diploma in Mediation from the University of Paris II-Assas.

She wished to pass on her passion for her profession through teaching, first as a lecturer at the University of Paris 1 – Sorbonne (administrative law, administrative litigation, urban planning law), then at the Paris Bar School. She is also a pedagogical referent for the student lawyers of the Paris Bar School.

Enthusiastic and energetic, Cornélie is always ready to learn through new experiences and to take up new challenges: the one of the moment, the involvement in a triathlon club!
